Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

Founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an evidence based secular (nonreligious) intensive mindfulness meditation training program. Since the beginning, MBSR has been at the forefront of scientific research revealing time and time again that those who practice in mindfulness based practices experience an enhanced sense of well-being within the challenges and difficulties of post modern life.


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Group Program / 12 pp maximum

This is your program ready to explore mindfulness and meditation as a way to access a deeper sense of well-being within the challenges of everyday life. This program is designed to explore and work with common life struggles such as; stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, emotional instability, insomnia, relationships issues, low concentration, and much more.

  • Weekly 'Mindful Check In' emails are sent to support the deepening of ones own practice

Ten (10) sessions

1 x 75 minute orientation + 8 x 2.5 hours sessions + 1 full day x 8 hours



$450+ GST via credit card/cash/cheque payable to Re.Pose Therapy     

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if cancellation happens up to one week prior to the orientation session. If cancellation occurs after the orientation session and/or the first session the following is options are available;

  • a partial refund

  • an opportunity to take the group MBSR Program again within the next year

  • up to three private sessions OR put payment towards upgrading to an individual MBSR Program

Orientation Sessions:
  • Monday, January 13th or 27th [6:00-7:15 PM]
