Mindfulness in the workplace is researched to be an effective way to;

manage employee's stress levels, decrease sick time, improve focus, attention, efficacy on the job, staff moral and interpersonal relationships.

Intro Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop

These sessions include an introduction to mindfulness, the basic attitudes of mindfulness, effects of stress on the mind and body, benefits of mindfulness meditation, discussion of mindfulness in daily life with guided meditation and gentle movement practice and periods of self-reflection. These training's can be modified to meet the needs of audience based upon request.

  • 1 hour $175 + GST

  • 2 hour $325 + GST

  • 2.5 hours $375 + GST

  • Half Day (3.5 hours)  $475 + GST

  • Full Day (7 hours) $950 GST 

  • Please note, additional travel costs will occur outside of 15 KM radius from Abbotsford, BC.

Corporate Facilitated Mindfulness Groups 

Contract rates based on hour long sessions, held on site. Rates will be adjusted,

if less session time is requested. Number of participants limited to size of room. 

Travelling costs will occur outside of 15 KM radius from Abbotsford, BC.

 

  • Once per week (Quarterly Contracts): $125 per group ($1500 per quarter) + GST

  • Every two weeks (Quarterly Contracts): $150 per group ($900 per quarter) + GST

  • Monthly (6mth Contracts): $175 per group ($1050 per 6 months) + GST

Workplace Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

This course takes the principles explored in the MBSR course; however is delivered in a modified 4 week format. Travelling costs will occur outside of 15 KM radius from Abbotsford, BC.

  • Learn a four mindfulness meditation practices for stress reduction; including mindful movement

  • Each class consists of experiential practice, self reflection and dialogue

  • Home practices are assigned each week to support the integration of the mindfulness into daily life

  • Weekly 'Mindful Check In' emails are sent to support the deepening of ones own practice

1 x 60 min orientation + 4 x 90 min weekly sessions
