My journey into a stillness began back in 2011, when I was approached to become the program manager for a new government funded adult mental wellness centre in Mission, B.C.

During the next 4 ½ years of establishing Centennial Place, mindfulness and meditation became the backdrop to my own self-care routine, and the way in which I supported others.

In 2014, I decided to travel to Bali to become a certified yoga teacher and began the extensive training pathway in becoming a UMASS, Centre for Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher.

In all the years working in mental health, I had never found anything to be more powerful as mindfulness meditation for evoking wholesome change, transformation, and the deepest sense of well-being. Therefore, in 2015, I chose to leave my 10 plus years of service at Communitas Supportive Care Society behind to embark on sharing these practices more widely.

To this day, I continue to train seriously in mindfulness meditation, and frequently attend extended intensive silent meditation retreats with highly experienced meditation teachers from around the world. I remain deeply committed to my own personal practice, and in exploring the very fabric of the mind, body and heart moment by moment.

My very wish is that you will experience the great ease and joy that comes from taking care of yourself and see that in taking care of yourself, you are truly taking care of the world.

I look forward to the opportunity to be in your presence one day soon, and share in this mindful journey with you.

In loving-kind regards,

Brandi
